What is TWIN-Waters? 

TWIN-Waters is a research and innovation project under Water4All: JOINT TRANSNATIONAL CALL 2022: “Management of water resources: resilience, adaptation and mitigation to hydroclimatic extreme events and management tools.

TWIN-Waters utilizes current advantages of advanced hardware, sensors, satellite service,
integrative modelling, existing platforms and multiple knowledge and expertise, we aim to develop smarter digital tools for sound water resources management in response to hydroclimatic extreme events.   

Who are the dedicated team members?

TWIN-Waters is led by Water Resources Engineering, Lund University supported by LTH PROFILE AREA: WATER at Lund university.  The Twin-Waters project includes a interdisciplinary allied by University of the West of England Bristol, UK and Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences, Poland.  There are three case studies are involved to test our tools and for public engegement:  Wroclaw’s city moat in Poland,  Lake Vombsjön in Sweden and the Jubilee River in UK.
